How does it work?

Adding live chat to your pages presents to your visitors a live chat image that becomes clickable as long as one of your operators is logged in.  An example can be seen on the right of this page. Why not chat to one of our representatives for a live demo?

When your operator is not logged on the image will be visible but will presented as offline.  We provide you with a backend console for your operator.  When your visitors click the chat link your operator is alerted and can continue the discussion through the provided console.  All transcripts of the discussion can be sent to an email that you specify.
